No, they are not. The right way to dispose of them is:
- If they are still usable, you can donate them or give them away to those who will use them properly. Offer them on social media within your community, charities, etc.
- Put your unusable binders, plastic sheet protectors and laminated paper into your garbage bin.
- Separate regular paper sheets and place them in your recycling bin.
